Podocarpus

The Podocarpus (evergreen) tree is known as the "Fern Pine" and grows to a height of between 20 ft. and 50 ft. and 20 to 30 ft. in wide, with blue-green to gold colored foliage. It tolerates rabbits, deer and life on the seashore and lives in zones 8 through 10. Soil requirements are some sand to some clay, with a water range of dry to moist, this tree enjoys full sun to partial shade.
