Queen Palm

Syagrus romanzoffiana, Cocos plumosa
A medium to fast growth cold hardy palm originally from Southern Brazil to Argentina, this palm will reach a height of 50' or more.  The Queen Palm requires full sun, slightly acid low salt, well drained soil and is moderately drought resistant.  It requires potassium and manganese to be added to the soil for nutrition.

The Queen Palm is known as a solitary palm and provides a canopy of approximately fifteen dark green main arching replicate leaves and several hundred leaflets grouped in number from anywhere between two to seven each.

The Queen Palm is for you if you're looking for a beautiful specimen palm that grows tall quickly.  Reasonably priced.
